S.T.R.E.S.S.
Featuring Nickelus F
Titled as an acronym, "S.T.R.E.S.S." puts pressure and strain front and center — money worries, ambition anxiety, the weight of trying to make it from outside the industry. It reads as an early version of the pressure-of-success theme Drake would later explore from the opposite vantage (having it rather than chasing it). Produced by 40 and Boi-1da, the track keeps a tense, low-lit feel. On Room for Improvement it's one of the cuts where the emotional honesty outpaces the polish, which is precisely why it's interesting: the willingness to admit strain rather than only project confidence is a core Drake trait, present here in raw form. A solid deep cut for understanding where his vulnerability register begins.
