Find Your Love is the song that announced Drake was not just going to rap-sing but to fully sing pop. Produced by Kanye West with Jeff Bhasker and No I.D. during the creative orbit of West's 808s & Heartbreak, it sits inside Thank Me Later as a glossy, dancehall-leaning R&B ballad; critics repeatedly compared its drum-machine pulse to West's "Heartless." Co-writer Jeff Bhasker has said the track was originally written for Rihanna — who would collaborate with Drake later that year on "What's My Name?" — and Drake told MTV the song was "extremely vulnerable," feeling it almost should be performed by a woman.
